Adolfo Held is a senior international Management Consultant with ample experience working for both private companies and public sector organizations. His specialty is the use of TOC Constraint Management methodologies to improve management performance. He has worked on a number of development projects mainly in Latin America, but also in Asia and Africa, with funding from German cooperation agencies. His work has included technical assistance to improve management capabilities of public services (mainly water and sanitation), as well as improving management skills in small and medium enterprises SMEs).
Mr. Held graduated as Mechanical Engineer from the University of Applied Sciences in Munich / Germany and holds an M.B.A from Columbia University. He speaks English, German and Spanish fluently.
