As subcontractor to IMPAQ International, SEGURA participated in an evaluation of USAID Kosovo’s Project Appraisal Document (PAD) for the economic growth development objective in order to help understand how all USAID/Kosovo-funded economic growth-related activities are working together to achieve higher, more strategic development objectives. This task order was part of the USAID Regional Program Support for Balkan Countries IDIQ. The evaluation took place in Kosovo over a period of 3 months.
