Kristina Morzan is an accomplished international development professional with over seven years of experience in technical and programmatic leadership. She specializes in promoting social and economic inclusion for marginalized groups, youth empowerment, workforce development, and climate-smart entrepreneurship. Kristina has a strong track record in designing and implementing impactful projects, including USAID/Burma Agriculture and Food Systems Development and USAID/Ukraine Economic Resilience Activity.

Kristina holds a Master’s degree in Sustainable Development from the University of Barcelona, where her research focused on developing frameworks for climate-smart youth economic programs. She is multilingual, fluent in English and Spanish, with high proficiency in Russian and Ukrainian, bringing a global perspective to her work.
