SEGURA Consulting awarded a blanket purchase agreement with the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC)

SEGURA was recently awarded a blanket purchase agreement with the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC)  for threshold and compact development services to assist MCC in its mission of helping the world's poorest countries reduce poverty through economic growth.  Under the BPA, SEGURA will compete for awards to assist various host country governments in designing a Threshold Program to help them implement a long-term policy reform agenda in one or more areas identified as binding constraints to economic growth.
