Ronald Ivey is a seasoned professional with more than 35 years of experience in economic development consulting, including field work as a resident Project Manager, as well as at the executive-level, managing the consulting practices of well known U.S. development consulting companies.  His extensive, worldwide international development experience through USAID and multilateral development banks includes a strong project monitoring and evaluation experience in a variety of sectors and regions around the world.  As Project Manager for nearly 60 individual engagements, including numerous US Government contractual vehicles (IQC/IDIQs), Mr. Ivey has lead multi-disciplinary consulting teams in a variety of public sector reform and private sector development projects.  Among his personal areas of technical expertise are economic growth skills, competitiveness; value chain development; small stakeholder, youth, gender and disadvantaged group inclusion and training; MSME (Micro, Small, Medium Enterprise) finance; market linkages and export development; and public-private partnerships (PPPs).

Mr. Ivey holds an MA in Economics from the University of Virginia and a BS in Business from the University of Denver. He speaks Spanish fluently and has a working knowledge of French.
