Transforming Market Systems (TMS) - Honduras Tourism Action Plan

SEGURA supports ACDI/VOCA on the USAID Honduras TMS single-award IDIQ contract.  The purpose of the Transforming Market Systems IDIQ is to foster competitive, resilient, and inclusive market systems that provide increased economic opportunities (jobs and income) that incorporate poor, marginalized Hondurans and reduce incentives to migrate.

SEGURA Consulting recently completed an assignment under TMS this IDIQ, creating a Tourism, Arts & Entertainment Action Plan for Honduras, to develop and guide future programming under TMS. The Action Plan recommended pursuing a far-reaching and systemic approach that will engage the public-private sector into collaborating more effectively at the national, departmental, and destination/local levels in Honduras.
