USAID MCW (formerly HABITAT) IDIQ

SEGURA has been awarded as a prime contractor one of the USAID MCW IDIQ contracts. The purpose of the “Making Cities Work” (MCW) contractual vehicle is to provide access to short- and long-term technical services, training, and capacity-building related to improving urban and local governance in five key functional areas: 

  1. Public service delivery with an emphasis on transportation, water and sanitation;
  2. Autonomy, transparency, responsiveness and accountability of urban and local governments;
  3. Enhanced ability to adapt to climate change and improve environmental management; 
  4. Improved disaster preparedness, response and recovery; and 
  5. Improved urban and local government finance, creditworthiness and borrowing.

MOBIS Contract Awarded

SEGURA has been awarded a GSA Federal Supply Schedule contract under the Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services (MOBIS) Schedule. SEGURA will provide integrated consulting services in the form of expert advice and assistance in support of an agency's mission-oriented business functions that will improve a federal agency's performance and its endeavors to meet mission goals. We look forward to working with GSA and expanding our services to other federal agencies under MOBIS as well as continuing to serve USAID and OPIC under this contract vehicle.
