SEGURA Consulting delivers high-quality consulting and project implementation support to address the needs of government and business in developing countries. Our mission is to support countries along their economic growth journeys by helping them become financially sustainable and chart their own development path.
SEGURA offers the agility and flexibility of a small business complemented by experienced professionals and a network of global resources and partners. Based in the Washington, D.C. metro area, with a satellite office in Bogotá, Colombia, we know what it takes to serve bilateral and multilateral donor clients while responding to evolving realities in emerging markets.
We provide expertise in a variety of development sectors, including national and firm-level SME competitiveness, trade and investment promotion and facilitation, infrastructure management, governance, and others.
Since our inception in 2002, we have participated in more than 50 projects in over 30 countries. We pride ourselves on our extensive and successful track record of implementation, including several complex projects serving multiple stakeholders, and covering several countries and regions. Our clients include the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), the World Bank, the Inter-American Development Bank (IADB), and other international donors and financial institutions.
